Snow ice cream is a fun recipe to make with the kids. All you needs is clean snow and a few other ingredients. It is sure to become a family tradition that everyone looks forward to!
Ingredients:
1 gallon clean snow, or a large bowl (not packed down)
1 cup white sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
2 cups milk
Directions:
If you get a lot of snow you can just set a clean bowl outside to catch the snow as it falls. However if snowfall is lighter where you live you can lay out a clean sheet or a large plastic bag to catch snow and then transfer it into your bowl.
Add the sugar and vanilla. Stir to combine and then begin to add your milk a little at a time, continue to stir. Add milk until it reaches the consistency that you like. Serve immediately.
