Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch or blue cheese dressing. Cook stirring until well blended and warm.

A delicious copycat recipe for Joe's Crab Shack Blue Crab Dip.
This recipe makes about 3 cups of dip. I highly recommend using quality blue cheese dressing, such as Marie's Chunky Blue Cheese, which you can find in the produce section of your market.
