Bread Soup

This is an old recipe, but it's kind of fun and different! Cube bread. Put into large bowl. Add milk and desired amount of sugar. Let stand at least 15 minutes before serving. Each person adds the amount of berries he so chooses.

Baked Pineapple

Cut bread into squares. Melt margarine. Brown bread until crisp. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into dish.

Keystone Frozen Fruit Cup

Mix all ingredients together and pour into cups. Freeze. Thaw 1 1/2 hours before serving. Should be slushy. Makes 20 - 5oz. servings.

I purchased a bag of tangerines that are just awful. They are sour and full of seeds and just not edible at all. Any ideas of what I can do with them besides juicing them? There is so much pith that I don't even think they will juice very well.
