There is just something about pasta. It's versatile, delicious both hot and cold. It's also a comfort food for many, including me!
Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. In a large bowl, toss noodles with all the cheeses. In 2 qt. oblong baking dish, spoon enough sauce to cover bottom.
Cheap and easy meal. In a sauce pan melt butter and saute onions,garlic or add garlic powder. Once onions are soft (NOT brown) add tomatoe paste and sugar combine well and let simmer softly.
Brown first 3 ingredients. Cook spinach using directions. Drain and reserve the liquid (add water to make 1 cup). Add spinach liquid and next 5 ingredients to meat mixture. Simmer 10 minutes.
Combine first 7 ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Stuff uncooked manicotti shells with cheese mixture.
Cook noodles as package directs. Mix all other ingredients with noodles, using only 1/2 package of cheese. Sprinkle the other 1/2 for topping.
This is my all time favorite! I could eat spaghetti 7 days a week and not get tired of it! This particular recipe is a bit time consuming, but it is SO worth it!
Easy to do and tasty! Brown chicken patties until crispy in a 400 degree F oven in a 13x9 inch pan- about 20 minutes or so.

Brown the meat, set aside. In same pot, add the onion, garlic and bell pepper; cook until the vegetables are soft. Add the olives, mushrooms and tomato sauce. Mix well.
Place eggplant in a colander; sprinkle with salt. Let stand for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute onions, basil, bay leaves, oregano and thyme in oil until onions are tender.
Italian Spaghetti and Meatballs
In a Dutch oven, combine the tomatoes, tomato paste, 1 cup water, sugar, grated onion, oregano, a tsp. pepper and bay leaf. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered for 1 1/4 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In medium nonstick skillet, cook and stir beef over medium high heat until browned.
