Turkey Loaf

In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Press into a 9x5 inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray (or make into patties and grill).

Reuben Meatloaf

Mix egg, bread crumbs, onion, relish, dressing, Worcestershire sauce and ground beef. Flatten and shape into a triangle. Spread sauerkraut and Swiss cheese on the triangle.

Individual meatloaves can each be made a little differently. Quick and easy to make for one or tow at dinner time. For this recipe you need the GT XPress 101 machine. If not available, you could use a muffin tin but only fill each cup about 2/3 full.

Vegetable Meatloaf

Different and very tasty from the traditional tomato or ketchup meatloaf. Mix hamburger, grated vegetables and salt, add stuffing with seasoning mix, eggs, milk and 1/2 can of mushroom soup, saving the other half.

Can You Make Ham Loaf Using Canned Ham?

I'd love to make a ham loaf, but I never see ground ham anywhere. I have a meat grinder, could I buy a canned ham and grind it? Would it be too salty? What should I use?

Upside-Down Ham Loaf

Slowly melt butter in 8x8 inch pan, over low heat. Stir in sugar until smooth, remove from heat. Drain pineapple well, reserving liquid. Spread pineapple evenly over sugar mixture in pan.

Pineapple Ham Loaf

Mix together all ingredients except pineapple. Divide into 9 patties. In a shallow baking dish, for a long roll, alternate a patty and a pineapple slice, starting and ending with meat.

Jazzed Up Meatloaf Topping

A good way to add fruit to my diet. Form meatloaf as usual and bake. When almost done, mix the ingredients together and spoon over and bake until the meatloaf is done.
