This recipe is for those who might only be having a couple of people over for the holidays and really don't need or want to cook an entire ham.
Sweet and Crunchy Filled Grilled Ham
With a sharp knife, cut pocket 4-5 inches along the side of the ham (large enough for a hand). Run knife inside through center and around inside almost to edges. Mix stuffing ingredients together.
This recipe is good with a turkey breast, too. Preheat grill for medium heat. Remove rind from ham and score in a diamond pattern with knife. Insert cloves into patterns.
Combine loaf ingredients. Shape into 3 loaves. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour. Poke holes in top and cover with sauce.

Here is a way to use some of that left over Easter ham. Feel free to vary the meat amounts. Mix and shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in greased oven pan and make the sauce to put over them. Pour the sauce over the meatballs. Bake 2 hours at 250 degrees F.
