Remove frozen meat from freezer and wrap loosely in foil. Turn oven to 400 degrees F. Make sure foil is wrapped, but loose across the top and at the ends of meat to allow heat to circulate. Place meat in oven.
Preheat oven 325 degrees F. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and heat slightly in microwave covered to prevent bubbling and making a mess. When very warm, and mixture is mixed well it is done.
Work Night Pressure Cooker Pot Roast
How about Pot Roast in under 90 minutes starting with a FROZEN pot roast? With only about 15 minutes of prep time? So tender it falls apart.
In a bowl, mix the two bottles of Catalina dressing and the packet of onion soup. Once mixed, pour half of the mixture in the crock pot then place the roast in. The pour the remaining dressing mixture atop the roast.
Instead of beef bouillon cubes - TRY this. It's in a jar and called Better Than Bouillon - Beef Base - put a little bit - you can always add more!
Roast Beef That Makes It's Own Gravy
In a roaster, combine all of the ingredients, except the potatoes. Bake at 325 degrees F until the roast is done. Add the potatoes 1 1/2 hours before you are ready to serve the roast.
Recipes for Pot Roast.
Heat corn oil in 5 qt. Dutch oven over medium heat. Brown chuck roast on all sides. Add next 8 ingredients. Bring to a boil, covered. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
In a crockpot, put a roast (we prefer pork roast) and put 1 tsp. of diced garlic, then sprinkle one package of dry brown gravy mix over top of roast. Cook overnight on low. The next morning, add vegetables of your choice. We use sliced onions, carrots, potatoes and celery.
Bavarian Pork Roast (Crockpot)
This recipe was given to me by my lifelong friend who's mother (including her children) escaped from Germany during WWII and came to live in my home town. My friend cooks mostly according to her mother's recipes, and has updated most of them with spices, etc., used here in the U. S., and they still maintain that old world flavor.
Trim fat from roast. If necessary, cut roast to fit into a 3-1/2 to 6-quart crockery cooker. Combine caraway seed, marjoram, salt, and pepper. Rub all over roast.
Place 1/2 lb. layer or rock salt in pan or roaster, place the roast on salt. Sprinkle with mustard and pepper over roast. Sprinkle top of roast and pat sides with remaining rock salt, covering roast as much as possible.
Rub roast with seasonings and let stand until room temperature. Place in roasting pan rib side down and bake in preheated 375 degree F oven for 1 hour. Turn oven off. Do not open oven door!
In a small bowl, combine the flour, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, 1 tsp. salt and mustard until smooth; set aside. Sprinkle pepper and remaining salt over roast.
Place meat in large glass dish; sprinkle evenly with pepper. Pour Italian dressing over meat; cover and marinate in refrigerator at least one hour. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Place roast, fat side up, on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Rub with garlic, salt and pepper; top with onion and bacon.
Recipe for Chuck Roast. Brown roast in pan on both sides, until brown. While it's browning, boil 1 coffee pot full of water (in coffee pot). When roast is brown, leave in same pan you browned it in, pour hot water over it. Add 2 packs of Lipton Onion soup mix, add 1 onion chopped, salt and pepper, garlic, seasoned salt.

Take roast out of refrigerator 20 to 30 minutes prior to cooking. Salt and pepper all sides and dredge with flour. Heat oil in 4 - 5 qt. Dutch Oven or covered casserole.
Brown roast in 1 Tbsp. oil and drain. Layer carrots on bottom of slow cooker.. Add browned roast. Place potatoes around sides of roast. Pour salsa over all. Turn slow cooker on Low and cook 8 hours.
