Chicken Recipes for a Large Group
I need some ideas for cooking chicken for a large group. Thanks.
Easy recipe and very hearty! One of my favorites! Love the gravy!
This is an unusual kind-of fun and very easy recipe.
This page contains recipes for orange chicken. We are all familiar with the ubiquitous Chinese buffet menu item, orange chicken. The flavor of oranges complements chicken dishes of may types and origins.
This recipe is great for boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, too. I love these served with a red wine vinaigrette salad and some crusty bread with unsalted butter!
I am on a cilantro kick this summer and just tried this. I love it as a marinade for grilling kabobs, but it doesn't need to be used only for kabobs! This is enough marinade for about 1 1/2 pounds of shrimp or skinless chicken any way you choose to grill it.
Pork Chops in Onion and Beer Sauce
Beer adds a really good taste. The chops are tender, and the sauce really delicious.
This is a great recipe with what I think is almost an Oriental flavor.
This page contains flank steak recipes. Whether you thinking about marinating and grilling one or making a stuffed flank steak, a well prepared flank steak makes a delicious meal.
This page contains recipes for baby back ribs. Ribs are a staple of summer, whether cooked on the grill or in the oven.
This was one of my mom's old standby recipes when I was a kid. Very yummy and good!
A barbecue recipe that uses ingredients I usually have around the house. This is so wonderful!
Has anyone ever tried slow cooking a turkey breast in BBQ sauce and then "pulling" the meat?
Duplicating Lost Pot Roast Recipe
Many years ago I had one of those recipe file card collections. I want to say it was from McCormick, or McCalls (but don't quote me on it). There was one recipe that was so good, but I have been unable to find it or duplicate it. When it was done the sauce on the carrots made them the best tasting carrots I have ever had. Please help me find the recipe.
I love the smokey flavor of this very easy recipe.
This is a great, easy recipe for pork chops that even a picky eater will not be able to resist!
Great main dish! Love the pineapple in it!
Very tender and yummy Oriental style dish.
I love stuffed pork chops! I have found myself using pork chops many different ways of late, and I always enjoy them.
Since I am dedicating this to my mom, I'm going to copy from her cookbook, the very small section on Easter from the Holiday Family Favorites section of her cookbook. It's very short and I'm sharing one of the recipes she shares in that section.
I'd like to know how everyone uses left over pork roast and the juices. Take the pork and cube it up along with a few medium sized potatoes.
A reader asked if you could bake bacon. Here are the responses we received from the ThriftyFun community.
