Spaghetti Sauce with Angel Hair Wheat Pasta
This is a recipe I learned from my mother, who is now 92 years old. It is one of the best spaghetti recipes I've ever tasted, and my family and friends agree.
This is a quick, tasty, and fancy looking dinner that is fairly inexpensive to make. I find that if I spend a little more money and cook nice meals like this regularly, we don't want to go out to eat, saving money in the long run.
If there are just one or two people, this lasts for days.
It's quick and easy to make. No more store dried pasta. In a large bowl, sift flour and salt. Make a well in the middle add the oil and 3 eggs.
Lemon Caper and Garlic Spaghettini
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, cook garlic and capers, while stirring, for about 45 seconds, stir in lemon juice, stir in pasta and toss to coat and heat completely.
Melt shortening; add meat and brown lightly. Add onions, garlic; cook until tender. Add tomato sauce, water and seasonings.
This is a nutritious and tasty pasta dish, using whole wheat pasta, Brussels sprouts, a light, tomato-based sauce, pineapple, and melted mozzarella. I like this recipe because it is easy to prepare. It is nutritious, and has a unique flavor.
Farfalle and Cannellini Pomodoro
Cook pasta al dente according to package instructions and drain. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large pot over medium high heat; add garlic and cannellini and cook, stirring frequently, until the beans are heated through, about 3 minutes.
Tortellini with Ham and Broccoli
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine margarine, seasonings, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and evaporated milk in large bowl; mix well. Fold in Parmesan cheese, tortellini, ham, and broccoli.
Beat eggs with cream in small bowl and set aside. Cook bacon until crisp, drain well on paper toweling to get rid of excess fat and set aside. Add vegetables and saute until tender crisp.
This dish comes together in 20-25 minutes for those days you are short on cooking time.
Chicken Spaghetti With Velveeta Cheese
Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken, cook and stir on medium-high heat 4 min. or until no longer pink.

Very easy, very cheap, and kids love it! Fry the hamburger meat until it is no longer pink, season with salt and pepper while cooking.
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Cool. Cube other ingredients and mix together. Add Miracle Whip to your taste and mix well. Refrigerate.
