A yeast free cheese pizza.I want to know if anyone has a recipe for homemade pizza dough, without using yeast. Also, how do I shape the pizza dough, without a pizza baking pan? Many thanks.

If you make a pizza crust without yeast it will be very flat. I don't own a round pizza pan, but I've always used a rectangle baking sheet for making my large sheet pizzas. Roll out dough using a rolling pin to fit any size pan. It's very easy.

I make a scone type base and roll it out to the shape I want (not always a circle). Oblongs are easier to divide up later. If you wanted a round, then used a plate to cut around, once you've placed on the scone dough. EA (UK)

I had this one bookmarked to try:

My mom once made a crust similar to the one below for a mexican pizza with bisquick mix and cornmeal that was very good:

Here is a Bisquick one without the cornmeal:

I have made this and it is very good. You could use another size pan; the baking time may change. Enjoy!

Easy Italian Crust Pizza

Flour or cornmeal
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or bulk pork sausage
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. Italian seasonings or oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup onions, chopped
8 oz. tomato or pizza sauce
4 oz. can mushrooms, well drained/optional
1-2 tsp. oregano
4 oz./1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease 12" pizza pan; sprinkle with flour. In large skillet, brown ground beef until thoroughly cooked; drain.

In small bowl, combine flour, Italian seasonings, salt, pepper, milk and eggs; blend/whisk until smooth. Pour batter into pan, tilting pan so batter covers bottom.

Spoon beef over batter. Top with onion and mushrooms. Bake on lowest rack for 25-30 minutes or until deep golden brown.

In small bowl, combine tomato sauce and oregano; spoon over pizza. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
