In the blender, whisk peanut butter hot water, garlic soy sauce cumin, cayenne, curry powder, and lemon juice together to form a smooth paste. Cover and set aside for several hours to allow the flavors to mix well. Turn into jars and seal; store in the refrigerator. This sauce is best warmed before serving.
This easy and delicious peanut sauce makes a great dipping sauce or can add a lot of flavor to a variety of dishes.
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
2 Tbsp. coconut milk
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. red Thai curry paste
1/8 tsp. chili paste
2 tsp. granular sugar substitute
Directions:
Whisk everything in a small bowl until smooth and creamy. Serve as a dipping sauce for chicken or other meats. The sauce has the best consistency when served at once but it can be warmed in the microwave if done gently and carefully. You will have to whisk it well afterward.
