Sweet and Spicy Snack Mix

I tasted a homemade party snack mix a while back. It was sweet and spicy and just plain wonderful. It may have had chili powder or taco seasoning and brown sugar. It had pretzels and Bugles in it. Might anyone have the recipe for this? Thank you.

Gourmet Glazed Nuts

Makes a great gift! Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Spray a large jelly roll pan with vegetable cooking spray. Boil water; add nuts. Cook and stir for one minute; drain. Rinse a couple of times with hot water.

Fried Pasta Snack

You can make an interesting, crunchy, economical snack with pasta. Try Crunchy Bow Ties. Bring a large pot of water to boil, add salt. Cook the bow tie pasta half way done. Drain well. This will take several batches.

I make my own popcorn and spray it with butter flavored cooking spray. Melt the almond bark according to package directions. Add the pecans or peanuts, if desired, to the popcorn.

Spray 9x13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Combine first four ingredients in large bowl. Microwave white chocolate chips in medium bowl on medium power for 1 minute.

Microwave Potato Chips

Pour the vegetable oil into a plastic bag (a produce bag works well). Add the potato slices, and shake to coat. Coat a large dinner plate lightly with oil or cooking spray. Arrange potato slices in a single layer on the dish.

Cheddar Rounds (Crackers)

Yummy. Mix cheese, butter, salt, and pepper. Work enough flour in by hand to form a stiff dough. If it gets too dry add a few drops of cold water. Shape the dough into small balls.

Funky Fritos

Chocolate, peanut butter and salty Fritos, what's not to like. Pour the chips into a greased 10x15 inch cookie sheet. Combine sugar, cane syrup in a pan, bring to a boil and add peanut butter. Stir until smooth.
