Does anyone know how to make turkey gravy with evaporated milk?
The Cream Gravy recipe at the link below uses evap:
I separate the fat from the turkey broth or drippings. To thicken it, I mix can cream with the cornstarch. Let the broth come to a boil and whisk in the cornstarch mixture. Then at the end I do stir cream into gravy.
Does anyone have the recipe for Harry and David's turkey gravy?
