Before your doctors appointment, be prepared by writing your appointment down on your calendar or journal. Specify any requests needed to be done before the appointment like fasting, or removing jewelry for specific appointments.

Never Forget Your PhoneIt's annoying to forget your phone. In the morning, I put my phone in my handbag while I am charging it. When I go to get my handbag, my phone is already in there and I just have to unplug the charger. No more forgotten phone.

Hanging Long Dresses in a Closet With a Low RodI'm not in a wheelchair, but am currently living in a wheelchair-accessible apartment. At 5'1", I appreciate the low kitchen cabinets. I also appreciate not having to reach up to take clothes out of the closet! But the rod is so low that my long dresses drape on the floor.

Keep A Running Shopping ListWe all know sticking to a list is the key to saving money. I live 11 miles from town, so I keep what I call a 'running list' all the time. When I make it down the mountain, I know I have to keep to the list to keep the pantry stocked, especially in the winter.
