We are a family of 2. Single mom, blind & dev disabled child (now a young adult) who is a Childhood Cancer Survivor. She is my hero..AND our 12 year old hand me down Maltese named Spike. 13 pounds of toothless wonder. We also have 6 laying hens with 12 more chicks coming the 3rd week in March. We sell the eggs for $3.75 a dozen on the corner , barely making back the feed money, but that OK with us. They are the best for comedic entertainment, and we have the best fresh eggs... I garden, and plan on turning a few dollars from flowers and tomatoes too this summer. We live on a very limited disability type income, so any and all tips are welcomed.
