I live in the upstate of South Carolina in a very small town where everyone knows everyone else. I grew up on a farm, dirt poor, but we didn't know we were poor and my parents are the greatest and made every effort to give us all they didn't have growing up. They sacrificed so much for us. I loved and miss the farm which has been in our family for generations. My parents still live there but with their age, they're not able to do any farming anymore. Just a few tomato plants here and there. I love to garden, veggies, fruits and flowers. I kinda drive my wife crazy in the Spring and Summer with our front porch loaded down with plants. I also enjoy music, Christian, and played keyboards and sang in a Southern Gospel group for over 30 years. I'm not able to do alot of playing anymore due to health problems, but I plan to start back one day, the Lord willing. I also enjoy cross stitching. I know, I'm a guy, but it is very relaxing and gives me something to do during the long, cold winter months. I especially enjoy stitching portraits of family and friends and give them as gifts. Well, that's about it, hope I didn't bore anyone.
