List of Timing for Sales?

By ThriftyFun.com Staff
I used to have a list showing what months various things were on sale. You know, like White Sales, outerwear sales, even furniture and appliances. Do you happen to have such a helpful list? Thanks.

Here's a list I found somewhere. I didn't keep the source, probably the "Frugal" something newsletter.

Hope this helps.

List of Sales Cycles

Does anyone have a document that lists specific items and when they occur in the sales cycle?

Do a web search. I have seen sites that tell in general what goes on sale when like January has linens and Aug/Sept has computers. If you mean like grocery items I would recommend you keep a database or save grocery circulars for a few months. They usually repeat sales about every 12 weeks so you can plan on buying 3 months supply each quarter.
