Cooking Hot Dogs in the Microwave
You can heat a hot dog really fast in the microwave by placing it upright in a glass full of water. It steams the hot dog without having it "explode" and is quick and tasty.

You can also wrap it in a moist paper towel and microwave it on high for 20 seconds. That'll do the trick.
