I use a large zip lock bag when flouring food. When I'm done I put it in the freezer. This keeps it fresh, no mess to clean up, and no wasted flour. After a few uses I just throw the whole thing away.

I like to squeeze fresh lemons and freeze the juice in ice cube trays. When the cubes are frozen solid, I transfer to freezer bags. Then I have fresh lemon juice whenever I need it for desserts that call for fresh lemon juice or to make lemonade. You can sweeten to taste, as desired. - Sue

Buy lemons when on sale and slice them all. Place on a cookie sheet and freeze. Put in plastic container/bag and store in freezer. Don't freeze unless each slice is separated on cookie sheet or they will all stick together! Great for iced tea (takes the place of an ice cube or in hot tea--helps cool it off!) LOL - Barb
