- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cups fresh bread crumbs
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup grape jelly
Mix meatball mixture ingredients in large bowl, and shape into balls. Arrange in 9x9 inch pan. Mix together sauce ingredients, and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes. Spoon off excess fat. Freezes well.
