Sour Cream Pancakes

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 Tbsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 Tbsp. sugar
• 2 tsp. soda
• 3 eggs
• 2 cups buttermilk
• 1 cup sour cream

• 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

Sift dry ingredients together. Add eggs, buttermilk and sour cream. Beat until blended. Stir in melted butter. Cook on greased griddle.
