Tofu Fruit Smoothie
Start your morning right with this healthy smoothie. It is quick and easy to make, so it is perfect for busy mornings.
- 1/2 pkg. soft tofu, rinsed
- 1/2 medium ripe banana
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup any fresh or frozen fruits or berries
- 1 1/2 cups ice
Blend together all ingredients except the ice until smooth. Add the ice and continue to blend until creamy. Serve immediately.
