What is This Plant?

Can you tell me what kind of house plant this is an how to care for it?

Hi, it is hard to tell because I can't make out the flowers, but it looks like a hoya to me. I have one with leaves similar to that and they have flowers that look like they are made of wax, in a star shape, very beautiful.
