My flat top stove has circles around the burners from where I have put wet pans on them. Does anyone know a way to get rid of these?

Barkeepers Friend is very good to remove those circles !! Wet the area with a sponge, sprinkle on the BarKeepers Friend. Use a razor blade to gently remove the burnt-on food. For just plain ordinary cleaning, I use Windex , and an old cloth. The cook top will just shine! When the stove was new ( in 1992) it came with a bottle of Ceramic Cleaner made by the Corning Ware People. There was also a bottle of Ceramic Polish too. These are available at the Big Box Stores like Lowes or Home Depot.

I use a razor blade and then baking soda with a damp microfiber cloth to get the leftovers. Works everytime!

I have used commercial stove stop cleaner with a razor blade and also Bar Keeper's Friend and both work pretty well. But usually I just use a magic eraser then shine it up with water and a paper towel afterwards.

I also have a glass top stove and I have read so may post about how to clean it. On one of my burners I have 2 spots that seem to be burned into the glass. I have used everything and lots of elbow grease to try to remove the spots, to no avail. There is no food or anything on the burner. It is as slick and smooth as the rest of the stove. It looks awful. Any ideas?

I use Weiman's Cook top Stove cleaner from Lowes. Works great!

I scrape off any build up with a razor blade then use a product called CERAMA BRYTE available from Lowes or Home Depot to clean my glass top stove.
