Just mix the broken up crab with some sour cream, celery, cooked pasta, hardboiled eggs and maybe salt and pepper to taste. Proportions are up to what you have on hand and what you like. It's way cheaper than buying the $3.00 a pound stuff and every bit as good. If you're watching your weight, use light sour cream.
