Ingredients
- 6-8 med. raw potatoes, shoestringed
- 16 oz. mixed vegetables
- 3 cups chopped chicken
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pt. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Put first 3 ingredients in layers in a baking dish. Add salt and pepper. Heat broth, soup and onion. Pour over layers. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F or until potatoes are done. Add the cheese when almost done baking. Also add crushed potato chips, if desired.
