Maple Ice Cream

Ingredients
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pint cream

Directions

Boil maple syrup 5 minutes. Add beaten yolks and milk, stirring with wire whisk. Cool and then stir into stiffly beaten cream. Add vanilla and freeze.
