Maple Ice Cream
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pint cream
Boil maple syrup 5 minutes. Add beaten yolks and milk, stirring with wire whisk. Cool and then stir into stiffly beaten cream. Add vanilla and freeze.
