Grandma's Peanut Butter Cookies

My Wonderful Grandmother past away, but her recipes will go on and on. I ate these cookies as a little girl.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Crisco
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 1 cup of Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (if using plain flour)

Preparation:

Stir it all together in a bowl.Drop the mixture on ungreased cookie Sheet. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes.

I Can't Believe It's So Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 2/3 cup Green Giant Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 cup Cut Up Cooked Chicken
  • 1 Can (10 3/4oz) Condensed Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg

Directions:

HEAT OVEN TO 400 degrees F.

Mix vegetables, chicken and soup into ungreased pan 9 x 1-1/4.

Stir in remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into pan.

Bake 30 minutes or till golden brown.

Creamy Mustard Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 Boneless pork chops
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. dijon style mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley

Directions:

Sprinkle chops with lemon seasoning. Heat butter in skillet. Cook chops 10 minutes or till browned. Add soup, milk, and mustard. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat or till chops are done. Sprinkle with parsley.

Spicy Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 2 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Can Canned Pumpkin (Not Pumpkin Pie Mix)
  • 1/4 Cup Butter, Softened
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins
  • 1 Cup Frosting, Vanilla

Directions:

Heat oven to 375 degrees f. Lightly grease sheet with cooking spray. In large bowl mix cake mix, (dry) and pumpkin spice. Stir pumpkin and butter mixing well add raisins. Drop by tablespoons on to cookie sheet bake 10-12 minutes or until set and light and golden brown. Let cool and frost.

Impossibly Easy Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 2 Tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Bisquick
  • 2 Pkgs. (8 Oz Ea) Cream Cheese, Cut Up And Softened

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees f. Grease 9 inch pie pan. Place milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar, and Bisquick in blender. Cover and blend for 15 seconds on high speed. Add cream cheese. Blend 2 minutes longer. Pour into pie pan. Bake 40-50 minutes or till knife inserted into center comes out clean. Let cool refrigerate to ready to serve.

Wide-Eyed Pizzas

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 t. dried whole oregano
  • 4 English muffins, split
  • 1 package mozzarella cheese slices
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 pitted ripe olives, sliced
  • Pimiento strips

Directions:

Combine tomato sauce and oregano; spread 1 T. mixture on cut surface of each muffin half. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Using 3 1/4 inch round cutter, cut 8 circles of mozzarella cheese; place on top of tomato sauce mixture for the face. Arrange shredded cheddar cheese around edge for hair. Position olive slices for eyes and pimiento strips for noses and mouths. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

Kids's Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. punch flavored unsweetened drink mix
  • 1 can pineapple juice
  • 1 bottle ginger ale
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Chill.

Nutty Granola

Ingredients:

  • 3 c. regular oats, uncooked
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 1 pkg. sliced almonds
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/4 c. sunflower kernels
  • 1/4 c. plus 2 T. honey
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 T. water
  • 3/4 t. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1 container dived dried fruit mix

Directions:

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well, and set aside. Combine honey and next 4 ingredients; pour over oats mixture, and stir well. Spread evenly in a jellyroll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool. Stir in dried fruit. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

Fettuccine With Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
  • 8 oz. uncooked fettuccine
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 t. dried whole basil
  • 1 t. dried parsley flakes
  • 1/8 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Drain broccoli, and cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Set aside. Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain well; place in serving bowl, and keep warm. Saute' onion and garlic in oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli, and cook 5 minutes. Stir in chicken broth and next 5 ingredients; cook until thoroughly heated. Pout mixture over fettuccini and toss. Sprinkle with cheese.

Romano Onion Bake

Ingredients:

  • 4 c. sliced onion
  • 2 T. butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 1/4 c. grated Romano cheese

Directions:

Saute' onion in butter until crisp-tender. Arrange in a lightly greased 8 inch square baking dish. Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients; mix well. Pour over onion. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Romano cheese; bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
