- 2 cups regular rolled oats
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. soda
Soak oats overnight in buttermilk. In the morning add remaining ingredients. Cook on griddle or pan as any other pancake.
