Sugar Free Cookie or Cracker Recipes?

I am a diabetic. I would like sugar free cookie or cracker recipes to use with cookie cutters.

Here is one from the King Arthur site for crackers. You might find cookies there also.

I did a Google search for "sugar free recipes" and got 1.5 million results. Here's one recipe I found for roll-out cookies:
