Cream margarine, brown sugar, and peanut butter till fluffy. Beat in vanilla and eggs. Combine dry ingredients and add to beaten mixture alternately with sour milk or buttermilk. Stir in oats, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, raisins, and chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased sheets. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 10 minutes. Makes about 60 large cookies.
