Azalea Leaves Are Yellowing and Have Black Spots

Two of my azaleas have yellowing leaves and black spots. I'm fairly sure the yellowing has something to do with iron induced chlorosis, but the black spots are throwing me. Is it all one type of disease or are there two different things going on? What are the possibilities? Thanks!
