You can make cleaning your cheese grater a snap by rubbing cooking oil on the grater before using it.

I like to freeze the cheese for 10-15 minutes rather than using extra oil .. makes grating it and cleaning up easier.

Hope that helps!

I find cleaning the grater a doddle using hot water and a washing up brush! Never any problems. The cheese just melts away.

I spray my Grater with Pam cooking spray inside and out,
It's washes up much easier and has to after taste, or oil left on my Cheese..
