Polynesian Shrimp Salad
I love it. It's very simple.
- 2-4 oz. tins of shrimp or fresh
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1-10 oz. water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
- 2 sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Put rinsed and drained shrimps in a bowl. Add celery, water chestnuts, sprouts and onions.
Mix mayonnaise, curry powder and salt together in a bowl. Spoon over shrimp mixture. Toss and coat.
