Sour Cream Bundt Cake
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 large vanilla instant pudding (4 serving size)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 12 oz. carton sour cream
Mix together smoothly all above ingredients. Set aside. Mix together 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Grease tube pan and flour with sugar and cinnamon mixture. Pour half of batter into pan, spoon remaining sugar and cinnamon mixture on batter. Cut into batter lightly for marble effect. Pour rest of batter on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes. Cool 10-15 minutes before removing.
