Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 4 small new potatoes, quartered
- 1 lb. fresh snow peas
- 1 small onion, sliced in rings
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
In heavy skillet, melt butter. Add potatoes and fry over medium heat until golden and crisp. Add snow peas, onion, and salt and fry for 5-7 minutes until peas are crisp and tender.
