Has anyone ever heard of a game that has you guess the food on a tray as you pass it around?

Lynda, thanks for your ideas!

I have played "Guess the Baby Food" at a baby shower. Little paper cups of baby food are given to guests. I don't think I guessed one correctly, even though the colors should have helped. By the way, it is truly disgusting what we make our babies eat ;-}

Yes! It can be played blind-folded or in the dark. It's fun to have a moderator to tell a story as the tray is passed for each person to "feel" or taste, and as one does it, he/she has to "guess" what it REALLY is.

The best I recall, story lines are made from:

Use a bowl of cool spaghetti for "worms crawled around"

Use peeled grapes for "eyeballs"

Use boiled franks for "intestines"

Use moistened marshmallows stuck together for "Lips"

Use dried corn for "teeth fell out"

Use room temp jello for "the oozing blood"

Use cooked cabbage leaves cut ear-shaped for "ears"

Use large boiled greased onion for the " skinned animal's head"

Use reg. small Fritos for "fingernails"

Use oiled rubber glove filled partially with celery stalks and damp cereal for the "missing hand"

Use peeled whittled partially cooked potato for a "nose"

Use steamed Little Smokies sausages for the " cut off toes"

Use string licorice for the "rope"

Now, after all this was said, although it sounds clever
and even amusing, won't you save it for a camp night rather than Halloween, since that's Satan's 'High Holy Holiday' of the year? I hope so.
God bless you in your decision making. :)
