Include Package Size When Posting Recipes
It would be very helpful if a person submitting a recipe which lists a "package of cream cheese" as an ingredient would indicate what size package is needed, i.e., 3 oz or 8 oz.

Yes it is important to list the size of packages. Did you ever notice in old cookbooks from churches and organizations usually only state 1 package or whatever. Package sizes change and the recipe might not come out right--especially if you are not an experienced cook.
