Breakfast Casserole

Kind of different, but very good!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz.) can corn, drained, reserving liquid
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 12 oz. Little Smokie links (cut into 3 pieces each)
  • 3 beaten eggs

Directions:

Drain corn, reserving the liquid and adding enough milk to make 1 1 /4 cups liquid. Mix with remaining ingredients and put in 8x8 inch lightly greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes making sure the middle is thoroughly cooked.

Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Cooking Time: 40-45 Minutes
