English Pea Casserole
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup onion
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 jar pimento
- 2 packages frozen peas
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 cup margarine
Chop celery, onion, water chestnuts and pimento. Cook peas and drain. Blend ingredients. Put into greased 1 1/2 quart-2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Freezes well.
