Sausage With Wild Rice
- 2 lb. sausage
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 cups onion, chopped
- 1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice or brown rice
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 6 slices toast, cut in squares
- 2 cans chicken rice soup
Cook rice until water is absorbed. Brown sausage and drain. Combine all ingredients and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F in a 9x13 inch pan.
