Sausage With Wild Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. sausage
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 cups onion, chopped
  • 1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice or brown rice
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 6 slices toast, cut in squares
  • 2 cans chicken rice soup

Directions

Cook rice until water is absorbed. Brown sausage and drain. Combine all ingredients and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F in a 9x13 inch pan.
