Adding Gluten When Baking Bread
Add 1/2 T of gluten per cup of flour when baking bread for a much better texture.

Could you please tell me the amount of gluten to use while living at an altitude of 5995 ft, also when and where to add it? Just add it when putting in the flower, or add it right next to the yeast, and will those two have an effect on each other in a chemical way? This is the layman asking!! Regards. Adam B. Dijkman PS.
