Orange Poppy Seed Muffins with Blueberries

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups flour
3/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk
1 beaten egg
3/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 Tbsp. dried orange peel
1/4 cup oil
1 Tbsp. orange juice

Directions

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, poppy seeds, dried orange peel, and salt in a bowl. Add milk, oil, egg, and orange juice; stir just until mixed. Gently stir in blueberries. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes in a muffin pan.
