Ingredients
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cans pork and beans (16 oz. size)
- 2 Tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cut into 1/2" pieces
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a Dutch oven, mix the onion, pork and beans, mustard, molasses, light brown sugar and ketchup. Top with the bacon pieces. Bake, covered, for 45-60 minutes.
