Mesh Bags As Dish Scrubbers

Reuse mesh onion bags as pan scrubbers! Just stuff a few into one bag and then tie a knot at the end of the bag!

I am glad to hear about the scrubber's had not thought of that but I have runner beans one that are flowers not eating ones and the bean has to dry in the pod so you can plant another year and the mesh bag is perfect for that just put them in a bag about 6 to 8 of the large pods and then I hag them on coat hangers on the over head metal shelf and the air can flow around them, they do not mold and are ready to take from the pod and plant in the spring. You do need a dry area do not put in a basement.

They are also good when cut into squares and zigzag sewed together to make scrub pads. Work all kinds of ways, and don't harm Teflon pans either.

Please do not use as bird feeders, they can get their claws stuck in the mesh. Marg from England.
