Halloween: Lollipop Guild Munchkin Costume
This is a very basic and clean costume that uses 2 button down shirts, a pair of gray cut slacks, white/gray striped leggings and a pair of boots. The hair style would be best if it was a big curl at the top of the head. Play the music and you got yourself a winning costume, I did.
