Does anyone have a good recipe for "Dry Garlic Spareribs"?

BREADED DRY SPARERIBS

4-5 lbs. ribs
3/4c soya sauce
3/4c water
4-6 cloves garlic,minced
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 pkg. shake and bake coating mix
2c. cron flakes, crushed,fine

Combine ribs with soya,water,garlic and onion salt
Marinade at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Drain, throw marinade away

Mix shake and bake mix and corn flakes, put in plastic bag and shake the pieces to coat

Bake 400deg. for @ 30-45 min depending on the size of the ribs.

These will melt in your nouth

3 tsp soya sauce 3 tbs vinegar (rice vinegar)
3 tbs garlic powder or salt 6 drops of sesame oil
2 pinches of pepper pinch of salt
3/4 c flour 1/2 c cornstarch
veg oil for cooking

Combine soya sauce and rice vinegar,garlic salt, pepper, sesame into large glass bowl, add ribs toss well marinate over night when ready add cooking oil,2 in deep ,heat in a strong bag add all the flour mixture,toss well fry in batches till brown and crisp. Very good
