Cottage Cheese Tarts
- 2 cups creamed Cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- dash nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup white sugar
Mix well, then add 1/2 cup raisins or diced apples. Put into pastry's/tart shells (12 - 16). Bake at 350 degrees F until set. This an old recipe that my mom used to make on the farm.
