Recipes Using Bamboo Shoots
I was recently given a packet of bamboo shoots in brine. Apart from stir-fry, I have no idea what to do with them. If you have any recipes, please let me know.

You can put them on top of ramen. Rinse first.

You can wash them off and add to salad, add to sandwiches, eat raw, egg foo yong, rice dishes,- add to things you want to add a crunch to.
