Xpress Redi Set GoIndividual meatloaves can each be made a little differently. Quick and easy to make for one or tow at dinner time. For this recipe you need the GT XPress 101 machine. If not available, you could use a muffin tin but only fill each cup about 2/3 full.

Ingredients:

Directions:

In large bowl, mix together thoroughly the ground beef, egg, and bread crumbs.

Separate into balls that will fit into one side of the Xpress machine (or 2/3 of one muffin cup).

Using a separate bowl for each meatloaf, add a little bit of whatever addition you want and mix thoroughly, then shape it into the machine or muffin cup. Take it back out carefully and wrap in waxed paper, Wrap as you normally would in preparation to go into the freezer.

Repeat step 3 for each meatloaf.

When you want to use them, thaw in the microwave just long enough so you can pull the waxed paper off without tearing it. Then put it in the GT XPress or the muffin tin and bake for approximately 15 minutes. Quick, easy and delicious!

I have had my GT Express 101 for about 2 years. It's amazing. I would love to get my self another one & one for my daughter for xmas but, can't afford it. However, How can I get some free recipes in addition to the little cook book that came with the cooker. I think I've tried almost all of them plus some of my own recipes.

I love this appliance. No mess, cooks fast. I live by myself & this is great for me However, I do make cakes, tuna puffs, & omelets for my friends & fam. when they visit. This is the greatest thing ever invented but, would like some more recipes. Thanks U.

Cookiestitcher, I have also sent you a pm for the recipe book of the xpress redi set go, when I bought the little counter top cooker, all I got was the accordion fanfold type paper with about 12 recipes on it. I would appreciate it so very much if you would also send me a copy of your book. Thank you for your time and kindness. Take care, God bless you and your loved ones. Cassie
If anyone else has a book that they could send me? My email is cassie_brewer2002@yahoo.com

My 9 year old son is an aspiring chef. He bought one of the older models of the Xpress (the one with the non-removable griddle plates). It didnt come with a book and he really likes to create. Any suggestions on where to get a book of recipes rather than copying by hand from the internet?

We love ours. There are so many things that can be cooked in them. Great when you don't want to do a lot of heaving cooking or just a quick desert.

June 13, 20090 found this helpful

I loved them (had 2) but had to stop using as the teflon didn't last long before it started coming off! - not good.
[wish they would make them with iron]

Kinda worried now, about half love it the other half say teflon comes off. Just not sure I want to invest in something that won't last me a good long while.

My Mom ordered it, they charged her some absurd amount for shipping. The item was flimsy and not worth the money. I called the company and guess what... to order it you are calling within our country, to return you are calling the Phillipines. Customer service is just about non existent I fought with these people on the phone for 12 days and finally received back almost all of the money. Keep in mind I had to get the bank involved and threaten them with an attorney. They are unethical and for that reason alone I would not purchase from them. Good luck if you do buy.

Okay that's it you all have made up my mind I am not buying it. I so much appreciate the feedback, good and bad. I would have been so mad if I had bought it and it messed up. I guess I will stick with my little sandwich maker, which I have had for years and never had a single problem with.

The omelets taste like microwave omelets- dry and spongey on the edges. Most of the recipes are heavy on the carbs. The meat recipes can be done better on a tabletop grill that drains off the fat. Also, if you want to do a fast little cake for one such as they demonstrate in their TV ad- the microwave is quicker.

I can't bring myself to eat a cake made in the microwave, meat either. I wont even eat those little cakes made for the micro, I think Betty Crocker or something, my mom loves them, I wont touch 'em.
